Also called CRANIO, for short.
The Cranio sacral system strives from
the skull to the sacrum.
It includes the bony components
(skull, spine, pelvis),
meninges and spinal cord membranes
as well as cerebral and spinal cord fluids.
The craniosacral rhythm is an independent
system with rhythmic movement.
Through the fascia system of the body
this rhythm can be felt all over the body.
If the therapist touches different parts
of the body the rhythm can be perceived.
Stress, accidents, illnesses, emotional stress
and much more influences
the quality of the rhythm,
thus influences the entire body functions
and therefor is of enormous importance for our well-being and our health.
The treatment is carried out lying down
in comfortable clothing.
It takes place in a protected environment
and creates peace, warmth and wellbeing.
Careful and respectful work is done by touching the whole body.
With gentle manual grips,
disharmony is brought back into balance.
The application causes deep relaxation,
deep letting go and the self-healing powers
are activated.
